What do you appreciate most about COLBA membership? 

The camaraderie with other industry veterans and old-timers, and the pontificating and bloviating of many outstanding COLBA presidents over the years

Tell us about your CRE background: 

Seen it all and done it all on the landlord/developer side.

What is your advice for young brokers starting out in the industry? 

It isn’t as easy as you think. There is no replacement for hard work, and your reputation will precede you.

What do you expect to see in the CRE market for 2020? 

A continued healthy market with lots of new development, but hopefully some moderation in construction costs.

What do you hope to accomplish as a COLBA Board Member?

Continue to set a good example of the right way to do business for the next generation
